John's Hopkins University Data Services

The Data Services department of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) wanted to create an environment in which their students and visitors can know more about the services they provide and their variety of access to data. The concept of the visual execution was to portray how data can “drive” curiosity and knowledge into different paths and directions towards discovery. The colorful arrows move and turn into various pathways and can be perceived resembling a "map" to emphasize the department's ability to help navigate through their data access. The customer journey was designed to show the path from the birth of an idea to a possible end result.
